By using siyra.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Made to order

Every piece is cut and stitched by hand after you order it. Colours may vary slightly from screen to fabric, and hand finishing means no two pieces are exactly alike.

Fares and payment

All fares are in Indian Rupees and include taxes. All orders are prepaid; we don't offer cash on delivery. If a fare is shown in error, we'll let you know before your order is made.

Delivery

We ship across India only. Allow 7–14 days from the day you order; pieces marked Ready to fly leave within 2–3 days. Delivery is free on orders above ₹4,000 and a flat ₹100 below that. See Shipping & delivery.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, as store credit valid for 2 months. After that, your piece is already on the cutting table.

Exchanges and refunds

Size exchanges within 4 days of delivery. Pieces that arrive damaged or not what you ordered are remade or refunded. Pieces made to your own measurements or with length changes can't be exchanged. Full details are on Returns & exchanges.
