How long will it take?
7–14 days, because every piece is made to order. Ready to fly pieces leave within 2–3 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of ordering, as store credit.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid.

Is there a delivery fee?
Free on orders above ₹4,000. A flat ₹100 below that.
Can I exchange?
Yes, for size, within 4 days of delivery. See Returns & exchanges.
How do I pay?
Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets.
How do I care for my piece?
Follow the care notes on its product page. Most pieces prefer a gentle hand wash in cold water; dry clean darker colours.
