What we collect
When you place an order, create an account or write to us, we collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order details. Payments are handled by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Like most sites, we also collect basic browsing information such as your device, browser, IP address and the pages you visit.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, keep you updated on it, help with sizing and exchanges, and improve the site. If you join the frequent flyers list, we'll write to you about new flights. You can leave at any time from the link in any email.
Who we share it with
Only the partners who help us run the store: Shopify (our store platform), our payment providers, and the courier partners who deliver your order. We never sell your information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Some of our advertising partners may also use cookies. You can turn cookies off in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as well.
Keeping it safe
Everything you send us travels over a secure, encrypted connection (SSL), and we keep it only as long as we need it.
