Every piece is cut after you order it, so we don't offer refunds. We will always help you find the right fit.
Size exchange
Write to care@siyra.in within 4 days of delivery. Include your order number, use the subject "EXCHANGE – your name – order number", and add a photo of the piece. It must be unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging with tags on.
Not eligible
Pieces made to your own measurements or with length changes.
Sending it back
We'll share our address. You send the piece back by courier (we don't offer reverse pickup), and we send the new size to you at no extra cost.
Damaged or not what you ordered
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we'll remake it or refund you.
Cancelling
Within 24 hours of ordering, as store credit valid for 2 months. After that, your piece is already on the cutting table.
